Mobile Repair and Maintenance Service
(3 Machine Minimum)

Our mobile service is available within a 75-mile radius of Hopkins MN, offering expert maintenance, timing adjustments, and cleaning for industrial straight stitch machines. Right now, we can only offer this service for 3+ machines. This may change once we have another mechanic on-board.

Costs for mobile repair is as follows:
$25: within 10 miles of our shop
$2.20/mile: Over 10 miles from the shop
Hourly Labor: $125/hour (time begins at dispatch).

Machine Repair - Shop Drop Off

Drop off service is available on a limited basis, as I am often on the road. This is an ideal service to save on cost or for longer-time frame repairs. While we specialize in maintenance for industrial and commercial sewing machines, we also work on domestic machines.

Brands: Juki, Brother, Singer, Chandler, Adler, Consew, JACK, Pfaff

Hourly labor: $110/hr, billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour.

New Machine Setup - Drop off

Did you purchase a machine online and need some help with setup? Many online retailers ship machines unassembled and not tuned or "sewn off" which can lead to frustration and long term issues. We're happy to help you!

New Machine Setup - Drop Off:
New machine setup takes about 3 hours in our shop, and this is after setting up many machines. In many cases we have to disassemble existing work, and then restart from 0 which adds to the time. Setup and sew off generally takes 2-4 hours depending on the machine.
